I am looking for someone to join a lovely flatshare in north Brixton / Stockwell. Unfortunately we did find someone but they had to pull out unexpectedly, so we are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible!
The room is available from October 1 and the rent is £900 per month, plus bills which are typically £100 - 120 per month.

Our flat has a large living room, kitchen, laundry room and south-facing garden. There is also plenty of storage space!
In zone 2, the flat is incredibly well located with Stockwell tube station a 10 minute walk away for those using the Victoria and Northern lines. We are also surrounded by some fantastic green spaces, with Slade Gardens just outside our door and Kennington Park a 20 minute walk from the house.
