- It comes fully furnished: Double Bed, Bedside Table, Chest of Drawers, Table & Chair, 2 Lounge Chairs, Coffee Table, Clothing Rail, Fitted Cupboard.
- It is South-facing meaning it gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day
- The room is a studio sized space. It has a very airy and light atmosphere.
- The windows are Double Glazed, helping the room to be quiet, and helps to retain heat in the room.

Information about the bills:
- All bills are included (including everything from Water, Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Wifi - Virgin Media Broadband).

Information about the tenancy agreement:
- We start off the tenancy on a 6 month contract.
- 1 month’s rent is required as a security deposit.
- Rent is paid monthly in advance.
- We require 1 months notice in advance if the tenant wants to terminate or not continue with another contract.
- We are a STRICTLY NON-SMOKING household.
- Reference, Proof of ID, Proof of Occupation/Student status.
- This tenancy is suitable for working professionals or students. If you are unemployed, we’d require 3 months rent in advance.
- We are ideally looking for a quiet and considerate tenant. No couples will be considered for this room.
- The tenant will be sharing the kitchen, shower, and toilet with the other 2 tenants.
- The house includes a small and cute fluffy white dog.
