£850 Room in flat in Stockwell

I am moving back to Australia affer a long haul on the 7-10th of October.

My place that i currently live in will be needing someone to take over if anyone is interested.

The rent is £850 with all bills included.
You will be living with one Aussie (23) and one Brit (26).
It’s located in Stockwell, just a 12 minute walk from the station, connected to Northern and Victoria line.
It is very close to Clapham as well.

My lease officially ends on the 24th of January so I need someone to cover it until then. After that, you can enjoy the place for another year and so on.

The house is fully equipped even with ps5, as the current tenants have been staying for 1 year and over 2 years.

Also i have bedding that i will not be taking with me, so I am willing to let go of cheap. Just let me know!
