ABOUT THE FLAT
Spacious and airy 2-bed flat on Brixton Road, with regular buses into the city and just a 15-minute walk to Brixton, Stockwell, or Oval, or a 15-minute cycle to London Bridge or Waterloo.
There’s a lime bike area right beside the building and private gated parking, ideal if you’ve a car or a bicycle. The flat’s on the 3rd floor with a large shared living room (plenty of space for a desk or workstation), a fully equipped kitchen, and a communal washer/dryer.
You’ll have your own private bathroom (not en-suite, but used only by you).
There are two parks on either side of the building, a Co-op next door, and a big Lidl about 10–15 min walk away. Hands-off, friendly landlord, and great local cafés and restaurants within walking distance.
LOOKING FOR
My current flatmate is moving out soon, so I’m looking for someone to take over the room and make the place their own.
Working professional or post grad who’s friendly, considerate, and keeps the place clean. The flat has a relaxed vibe - perfect if you want a calm home where you can unwind after work. I’m in the office most days, so if you work from home, you’ll often have the space to yourself. I want it to be a sociable but respectful environment - somewhere you can bring friends over and feel at home. No couples.

I’m 25, from Ireland, and have lived in London for a few years after uni, with a couple of years in Greece before returning recently. I work full-time in an AI startup and really like the flat, which is why I’m hoping to find someone who’ll appreciate it too.
I’m into travel, history, international politics, and generally curious about the world. Also a big sports and music fan, and love to cook.
