I’m heading back to Aus for Christmas so would love to sublet my room to someone in need of a short stay & bonus a few of my housemates will also be away for 1-2 weeks over Christmas so you’ll have this spacious flat almost completely to yourself! Details on the room & flat below:

- Dates: 20th December - 10th January
- Rent: £700 for the whole stay or £240 / week

THE HOUSE
- Gated property with parking available
- Shared living room with dining table
- Share kitchen, gas stove, oven, microwave etc.
- Washing machine
- South facing garden!! 🌞
- 4 bedrooms in total

THE AREA
- Unbeatable location!!! 7 mins walk to Stockwell and 7 minutes to Brixton, 15 mins walk to Clapham
- Victoria line and Northern line
- Bus stop 2 mins away with plenty of handy bus lines 196, 2, 345, 333, 322 etc.
- Loads of cafes/ bars/ Brixton market, newsagents
- 10 mins walk to Lidl, also close to Coop, Sainsburys, Tesco & M&S

THE HOUSEMATES
- 3 lovely girls aged 27-29 (2 Brits 🇬🇧, 1 Aussie 🇦🇺)
- Relaxed, lovely, fun, social girls who all have their independent lives/ routines but enjoy doing things as a house

YOU:
- FEMALE preferred (sorry guys!)
- Professional age 25-30
- Someone who will treat this place as their home and not just as a roof over their heads
