I am currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy of this lovely single bedroom from the end of December 2025 until June 2026. Current contract ends in June 2026, however it will be renewed for two more years at the same rent rate. Rent is payed every 6 months upfront and the first payment would also include the deposit.

- A very comfortable single sized bed.
- A spacious desk.
- A big wardrobe.

The flat includes a large living room, fully fitted big kitchen and two bathrooms which are shared with 3 lovely flat mates.

This Zone 2 location is a great base for exploring London, only a 10 minute walk from Brixton and Stockwell tube stations.

The rent is non-negotiable but includes all bills, wi-fi, council tax and tv licence.
