About the area:
- great transport links with Stockwell station (Victoria and Northern Lines) a 5 minute walk
- Clapham is easily accessible in a 10/15 minute walk.
- Brixton is a 15 minute walk.
- Stockwell has a Lidl, Sainsbury’s in Clapham
- Battersea Power Station about 15 minute walk or quick cycle

About Us
- Annie and Carmel. Annie works in health policy and healthcare, in the office 2/3 days per week. Carmel is in consultancy and is in the office 3 days per week.
- we enjoy doing things all together but have separate things going on too! We like to run and keep fit - this year Annie ran a half marathon with another planned for early next year
- Weekdays we like to keep to a routine, but love to travel and are often away at weekends. But if we do have coinciding weekends off...we like to do crafts, explore London, boogie, have flat dinners and bake!

Who we are looking for:
- We're looking for someone to fit with the casual fun vibe of the flat! Annie has lived here for nearly 2.5 years, and can say it's perfect for the location, it's spacious, and to feel at home.
