I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Stockwell. The flat is spacious, bright, and extremely comfortable, ideal for a young professional looking for a calm, well-located home.

🛏 THE ROOM
• Bright double bedroom with direct access to the main balcony, plus a private Juliet balcony.

• Private bathroom (exclusive use) with bath, sink, generous storage, and towel radiator
• Built-in wardrobe, shelves, and wall mirror included
• Double bed available to purchase for very cheap, if needed
• West-facing, so the room gets beautiful afternoon and evening light , warm, sunny, and perfect for cosy golden hours after work.

🏠 THE FLAT
• 1st floor in a modern, quiet development
• Huge living room. The flat came initially unfurnished so all the furniture is mine and the flatmate who will be staying. You are welcome to bring yours!
• West-facing living room = gorgeous warm natural light throughout the afternoon
• Clean, tidy, and relaxing atmosphere

🔐 THE BUILDING
• Secure fob-entry system to the main building
• Lift (ideal for moving in)
• Residents are mostly young professionals and couples
• Weekly cleaner for the communal areas

The flat is in a calm, residential pocket of Stockwell, just a short walk or Lime-bike ride from Stockwell (Northern & Victoria) and Clapham North stations , honestly one of the best-connected spots in South West London.

You get the best of both worlds:
• Two Tube lines → 5–10 mins to Oxford Circus, Vauxhall, Bank & London Bridge
• Clapham North & Clapham High Street → bars, cafés, brunch spots, gyms, and a young social vibe
• Clapham Common → perfect for summer evenings, walks, and weekend plans
• Local favourites → M&S, Lidl, cute coffee spots, and independent restaurants all within minutes
• Lime bikes everywhere → 4–5 mins to Brixton, less than 10 mins to Clapham North

Looking for a working professional who can pass standard referencing (agency requirement , no students).

💷 RENT & BILLS
• £1,225 per month (rent due on the 15th)
• Bills around £120 per month
• Deposit and paperwork handled by Dexters
• Tenancy runs until 15 August 2027
• Important: Paperwork must be submitted by 10 December as required by the agency.

📅 MOVE-IN DATE

Ideally around 05 January, but flexible for the right person.
