Sadly my current flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend in Feb so I am looking for someone to sign a new tenancy with for my current flat!!
I have lived here for over 1 year and its been great. Quit and safe location, very well connected (5 mins to Stockwell tube, 10 mins to Nine Elms, 20 min walk to Battersea Power Station/Park)
2 Bed flat with a small living room, kitchen has no dining area. 1 Bathroom
Room is large and comes furnished with 2 large wardrobes, dresser, mirror, bed, and bookshelf. The former tenant may be willing to sell or give away her other furniture too.
Bills come to roughly £150 each per month.
It is possible the landlord will try to increase the rent since we will be signing a new tenancy, I am trying to find that out now, and ideally will negotiate to stay at the current rent or just a small increase.
I am looking for a cool and nice female in her 20's-30's who's quiet and respectful but also sociable and fun! I am a professional dancer and I moved to London from Canada 4 years ago.
