Description
Large double room available in Brixton ASAP (Lease runs until end of August, no couples). One of our lovely flatmates is leaving us to go travelling and we’re looking to find someone sociable and chill to move into her room.
About the flat 🏠 We all really love the flat and very much feel like it is our home. It has a nice living room that we all hang out in, top floor so nice and warm in the winter but can open all the windows in the summer. The room is £1025pcm (all bills combined roughly £100) and comes furnished with a bed, large double wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. You will be sharing a bathroom with 2 others.
About us 🧚 We are 3 gals between 27-29. All very good friends and have lived together for the last 2/3 years. Two kiwis and one Brit. We do quite a bit together like cooking dinners, going out to the pub, gym together, gigs, or in the winter chilling and watching telly.
We are looking for someone to join us who is similar age and wanting to be part of our social flat!
