I am going traveling for a month, so I am subletting my room between 2-4 weeks. So I'm offering at discount of £210pw.. if you would like to stay longer then we can negotiate.
You will be sharing with live in landlord Carolina she is a lovely person and very easy to get on with. She has passion for baking!
The room:
It is a very large double room with mirrors built in wardrobes, a counter with drawers and a chair and your own fridge on wheels!
Do bring your own pillows and duvet.
Also includes a small balcony, and uniquely cosy kitchen.
All bills included, this is available immediately.
Transport is so convenient here
5 minutes away are buses
Stockwell tube 6 minute walk
Brixton tube 15 minute walk
Clapham high st overground 15 minute walk
Lots of supermarkets within walking distance.
A safe quiet neighbourhood, you will spot a lot of squirrels running around!
