Description
I am looking to sublet my room whilst I am secondment for 4 months early next year. We are ideally looking for a young professional to take the room from earliest 17 January for around 4 months (until latest 15 May, although this might be extended).
The flat itself is within a modern development. It is a two bed flat with a massive open plan kitchen and iving room (with access to an outdoor patio and terrace). The bedroom also has its own access to the terrace via a patio door and a built in wardrobe.
The flat comes furnished and there would be little hassle moving in as we have everything already. The kitchen is particularly well equipped with all the usual utensils plus a double drawer air fryer, juicer, smoothie maker etc. which you would be free to use.
You would be living with my flatmate who is 30 years old, also a young professional and is looking for someone who is clean, tidy and is sociable (although not a party animal!). He works in the office around 2-3 days per week and is generally quite busy at weekends, so at times you would get the place to yourself which is quite nice.
The flat is also LGBTQ+ friendly and has a bike shed.
We are looking to set up viewings before the Christmas holidays (ideally before 20 December) and early January. If you are interested, please let us know and we can share more details / get a viewing arranged.
