Double Room in Friendly Stockwell House

SEEKING: A temporary tenant from roughly 1 Feb-31 March (A bit of flexibility around these dates, message me to discuss)

Welcome, you’ve found it! The best flat share you’ll ever have.
We have:
Bedroom ✅ (furnished, double room, lots of storage space)
Bathroom ✅ (actually includes a bathtub!)
Kitchen ✅ (yes, this flat even has a kitchen… ✨wow✨ includes dishwasher, laundry machine, loads of kitchen gadgets like airfryer toaster blender microwave and more)
Living room ✅ (a fairly spacious one too, equipped with lots of board games!)
Garden ✅ (comes equipped with nature, for your pleasure 🌹🦅🌳)
Hot tub ✅ (really, I promise we do… ok it’s inflatable, but you get the idea)
Transport links ✅ 6 min walk from Stockwell station (Northern line/Victoria line) 11 min walk from Nine Elms station, loads of buses, 19 min walk to Vauxhall tube/rail station

So how much does paradise cost? Rent is £775 per month for the room, this includes all utilities/bills/council tax etc. We also pay for a cleaner who comes once a week, this is an additional £10 each week. So roughly £815 a month.

The room is available for 2 months as Jamie (current resident) goes back to live in Switzerland for 2 months to spend time with family. The room can be mostly emptied of stuff so you have room for your things. Ideally looking for someone for the whole 2 months although there is some flexibility with moving in/leaving dates.

Don't worry the squishmellow collection will be put into storage so u will actually have space lol

Room includes a folding desk, wardrobe, a bunch of drawers, shelves, a double bed w/ comfy mattress topper, a hanging hammock chair, and a tv you are welcome to use. You will also have a cupboard in the kitchen and plenty of fridge space and freezer space.

Rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms… But all flats have these things I hear you say. So what makes this flat the best flat ever…?

The answer to that folks is the current residents, Emily, Chris, and Rachel. This dynamic trio are amongst the best flatmates you could ever hope for. So, who are they?

Emily (25 F) is a charming actress/dancer/model originally from Germany. She's travelled all over the world and has settled down in Stockwell. If you need German cookie recipes or someone to yap with she's your gal.

Chris (35 M) is a roguishly handsome charmer from the UK. Just trying to do right by the world, he is a Civil Servant (working from the office) and all around stand up chap (and definitely did not help write this outstanding advert). He loves cooking delicious food for others, hanging out with flatmates for bad movie night (sooooo much fun), and complaining at Jamie for drawing frogs everywhere.

Rachel (36 F) is the one in the know. Working in mortgages, she spends her time being an absolute brain-box, leading others on epic paint rave quests, supporting an epic meet up for adults to play insane and silly games (a huge amount of fun you’d be welcome to join), or planning to start a grand commune in the countryside.
