Professional and quiet. Flatmates are energy-conscious and keep heating minimal in common areas to save on bills (individual rooms have their own controls). Perfect if you're budget-minded or naturally run warm! An electric blanket works great.

Tenancy details:
Taking over my spot in the existing lease (runs until October 2026, with flexible break clause from April if needed).

Why I'm moving:
