The flat is in a beautiful and historical Tudor architectural building.

Great local amenities, 5 mins or less, away. Including tube, bus stops, restaurants, supermarkets - (Lidl, Sainsburys and Iceland), parks and gym are 1-5min away. Gym and bus stop 1 min away. Pizza restaurant 1 min away:)

Nearest tube - Stockwell - Victoria & Northern line.

Lively surrounding areas i. e. Brixton, Peckham, Streatham, Balham, Tooting, Battersea and Clapham, etc.
