Couple looking for a new roommate

Hi! We’re Jamie and Iona.
We have a lovely double room available from 1st February in our two-bedroom flat. The flat has one shared bathroom, plus a spacious kitchen and living area that’s fully equipped with everything you’d need.

Rent is £890 without bills. With bills should come to around £1000 a month all in.

The flat is perfectly located within walking distance of Battersea, Clapham, Vauxhall and many transport links (overground and underground).

We are looking for someone who would want to treat this place as a home. We hope to find someone with the same interests as us and happy to hang out.

A bit about us:

We’ve been together for over five years and have lived in this flat for nearly three. We both love keeping fit – Jamie is training for his second marathon, and Iona is really into Pilates and yoga. We’re big foodies who love cooking together and exploring new restaurants. Iona’s also a great baker, so you’ll need to be okay with a few sweet treats now and then!

We also love to travel, we have recently spent 2 weeks in Sri Lanka and Jamie took a month off to travel around South Korea !
