Lived here 8 months whilst the landlord is away, the current housemate & I are childhood friends. I am leaving London due to work in the next couple weeks so need someone to take over my tenancy. The house is beautifully furnished & decorated, well equipped & lots of space. The private landlord is very responsive & helpful.
