You will be sharing the facilities (kitchen, shower and toilet) with the other 2 tenants. You will have your own personal fridge. The kitchen comes with induction stove, an oven, and a washing machine.

A one month deposit and a month's notice is required.
Rent is paid monthly in advance.

The room is open to a couple with a rent plus extra £300

Minimum contract is for 6 months.

No guests staying allowed.
