Roommate for flat in Georgian Garden Square

Hi everyone! I am relocating and looking for a replacement in my flat:
Location: Stockwell/Nine elms/Oval - easy access to all three stations with Victoria and Northern Lines
Dates: Start anytime between now and April
Flat: 2-bedrooms/1-bathroom flat with access to a Georgian garden square (flatmate is lovely, she works for Times Radio)
Room: furnished double bedroom with wardrobe and desk
Rent/Bills: £1,090 pcm + ~£100 for bills (incl Council tax, broadband, water, gas and electricity)
The landlord will re-write the tenancy with the old flatmate and yourself, so it is not a sublet.
Council tax is £142 a month for the whole flat.
