Self-contained bedsit in Stockwell

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease on the bedsit I currently live at, as I am thinking of moving abroad. The agency is going to ask you for references but if you are interested in subletting we can also do that for a period of time, until the agency or me find someone long-term. The bedsit has a sink, fridge/freezer, kitchenette, microwave, table, chair and a set of drawers. I have an air-mattress you could use if you don’t own a bed or a mattress of your own. £700 all bills included apart from electricity, which is very cheap (£20 top up has lasted me for the whole month if January). I can also give you my clothing rack if needed. The shower and bathroom is shared with other flats. There are 2 showers and 2 bathrooms in total in the building. The agency are really nice people and very reasonable and so are the neighbours in the other flats. There are supermarkets, gyms, pubs and local amenities. Stockwell station is 6’ away on foot and Vauxhall is about 15’ away. Very good location, just a 10’ walk to Brixton. There are nearby 24 hour off licenses and food places. The move-in date is pretty flexible. Ideally looking for someone long term, with a job and references from previous landlord and boss, so that you can take the lease from me xx
