Hey, we are looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely flat.
The flat is a 2 bed, 2 bath and you'd have a large double room with the main bathroom to yourself (2nd room has an ensuite).
Details of the flat:
The kitchen is fully furnished - dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. with a washer/dryer unit also.
The bedroom that you'd be taking is a double with loads or storage - chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. The wardrobe is super spacious with fitted drawers in one side and the room is really bright with a huge skylight window. As mentioned the second room has an ensuite so you'd have sole use of the main bathroom which is huge, fitted with built in shelves and a shower/bath.
The hallway also has a large storage cupboard perfect for suitcase, drying rack etc.
Location!: The flat is located between Oval & Stockwell tube stations roughly 8 minutes walking to either. There is a Tesco's and Gym Group directly downstairs and a communal outside area for the summer. There is also on street parking directly outside which is paid for in the week, free on Weekends.
New roommate preference: Female around 30-34, someone that wants a clean space, a home that is quiet and peaceful to relax in. In order to pass referencing checks there is a minimum required income threshold of £32,250, please make sure you meet this before messaging or referencing won't pass. There is also a small cost to take over some of the additional furniture that was recently bought.
Rent is £1200 per month, not including bills and we sit in the Lambeth Council Tax. You'd be signing a new tenancy agreement starting on 9th March 2026. with a 5 week deposit required.
