IMPORTANT: please do NOT MESSAGE unless you’re able to move in between 26th-30th April. Rent is paid on the 14th each month so whoever takes my room will be paying for second half of the rent month as I will be moving out on Friday 24th April.
So if you take the room your first payment would be £432 (plus £740 deposit) and then first full rent payment on 14th May.
