Double bedroom in Stockwell Mon - Friday

Ideally looking for a lodger Mon - Friday to rent the spare room in our 3 bed flat in Stockwell

The flat is split over 2 floors with a kitchen and open plan living room. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a share bathroom and the bedrooms. The bedroom has a cupboard and a small desk.

I am a 32 year old female who works in sales for a drinks company. My brother lives in the flat too but is at his partner's house most of the week spending a couple of nights in the flat.

We are looking for someone who ideally works in an office, is friendly and clean and looking for a chilled house share. We are in the flat a few nights a week but also out and about a fair bit as well.
