Spacious and well connected house in Stockwell

Hi! We are a group of 4 young professional living in Stockwell and we're looking for someone to take my place in this lovely household. We internally manage the property regarding payment of bills and rent. the property is managed by the Landlord himself, (no agency) he's very available and he sends his own handyman for everything that needs fixing.

Bills usually come to £120/month

THE ROOM:

HOUSEMATES:
The 2 Andreas are fine dining Italian chefs. Be kind to them and you may pointers in gorgeous cooking from them from time to time. Alex works in construction management, and is a cricket and running enthusiast that never turns a pint down. We're a chill and easy-going house, who stay on top of the cleaning in a no-drama, no-rota way. We hang out and chill together, but also have our own mates and lives. We'd appreciate someone on the same wavelength, who'd fit into the harmonious vibe and dynamic.

THE HOUSE:
- 2 large fridge freezers
- a dishwasher
- 2 shared bathrooms between 3 people (you have your own ensuite as well)
- Large TV and living room
- Large garden
- plenty of space for storage

THE LOCATION:
- 5 mins walk from Stockwell station with access to the Northern and Victoria line (kings X, London bridge and old street all available without any changes)
- Zone 2 (can get to Oxford Circus in 20 mins from the front door)
- Easy to board during rush hour because of people changing lines.
- close to Lidl, Sainsbury’s, a 24 hour costcutter and an offy on the road
