We are two female Master's students at LSE looking for a third housemate since current flatmate is moving away. I’m a human rights lawyer studying public policy and my flatmate is studying human resource management.

Plus point - The first months’ rent will be adjusted pro rata according to move in date (open to negotiation). Move in anytime between 5-20 April. The lease is a monthly roll over now with an option to renew in July.

Double bed bedroom with a wardrobe, set of drawers, desk and chair. Rent is £1025 + approx £70 bills per month (all-inclusive if student). If professional, then you’ll have to check the council tax amount that will apply.

· 25-30 mins door-to-door to LSE / Central London (Tube).
· 40 mins by bus

💫 Who we are looking for:

We are hoping to find a friendly and tidy housemate (Master's student or professional) to share the flat with. For professionals- minimum salary requirement is 2.5 times the rent share which is 30k annually at the minimum.

We keep a peaceful, respectful, and clean home and are looking for someone who values the same.
