We have a fabulous double ensuite available in our cosy shared flat on Groveway, SW9.

The Flatshare

The flat is perfectly located for travel, being close to Stockwell, Oval and Brixton stations, and has a bus stop under 30 seconds away at the end of the road. It is also close to supermarkets (Tesco and Lidl), gyms etc.

We have a great landlord who always sorts out any issues quickly, there's no agency involved. Minimum term of 6 months for each room.

The Room - Big Double Ensuite (£1082 p/month)

This room is a huge double room, fully furnished with a chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. It also has a desk which is perfect to work from home (you can easily fit up to 2 big screens).
You will have the benefit of having access to your own bathroom (lush)!
It is available from 6th April 2026.

A little bit about us :)

You will be sharing the flat with Fabrizio, a gay man, and Davide, a straight ally. Fabrizio is an actor and works part time in events and Davide works as a 3D designer and architect. Our flat is really good value and well looked-after so we're looking for someone who will treat it as a home. Friends are always welcome around for dinner or drinks!

When not working we love socialising in our amazing living room having a bit of a chin-wag watching Netflix. We are also super respectful of each other's privacy. Finding a good balance is important :)

Further details
All bills are included. There is private parking behind the building, although there is only space for 1 car per flat (which isn't currently being used). The flat is on the first floor so is super safe.
