💰Room 2 is £970PCM plus bills (~£120) and Room 3 is £900PCM plus bills (~£120) both rooms share a bathroom with each other only. Note that the deposit is £1153 as this was split evenly between the house

📍7 min walk away from Stockwell station. Various bus routes. Walking distance to Brixton and Clapham.

🏡 The flat is upper ground floor with a open plan kitchen dining room. The flat comes part furnished but I’m currently looking to replace furniture before the tenancy ends. The rooms are partly finished with the option to buy some furniture from the previous tenants.

🪴There is a shared garden around the back of the house and plenty of permit parking and possibility of parking on the shred driveway.

💖 You’ll be living with me, 26 professional who works from home a few times a week. I am social in the house, up for watching some tv or chat after work at the pub. I enjoy watching sports and cooking / baking so often will have some cake to share.
