Hi everyone! My flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend, so I’m looking for a new girl to take her room 🏡💛

📅 Move-in: Around 15th June (with some flexibility to move in earlier if needed!)
📄 Tenancy: Until 14th August 2026, then rolling. I’m planning to stay long-term, so ideally looking for someone who wants the same 😊

📍 Location:
• 7 min walk to Stockwell Station (Northern & Victoria lines 🚇)
• 10 min walk to Nine Elms Station (Northern line 🚇)
• Super convenient for shops – Lidl & a big Sainsbury’s within 10 mins, plus Tesco Express & Sainsbury’s Local just 4 mins away (open late on Sundays 🛍️)
• Only a 4 min walk to PureGym 🏋️‍♀️

🏠 The Flat:
• 2-bed flat on the top floor of a gated building
• Bright, airy and homely ☀️
• Separate kitchen and a cosy living room (currently full of plants 🌿 — feel free to add your own!)
• Bathroom with a bath 🛁
• We also have a great landlord who’s very responsive and easy to deal with

• The larger bedroom with a king-sized bed
• Lots of storage (including under-bed)
• Desk included and loads of natural light ✨

💸 Rent & Bills:
• £1075/month (bills not included)
• Bills usually around £150–£200/month (gas, electricity, water, council tax & WiFi)
• Deposit: £1,211.54

👋 About Me:
I’m Sarah, 24, and I work in the office 4 days a week. I love sports, travelling, and a nice glass of wine 🍷 I’m quite social but also really value my own downtime.

💫 Looking For:
• Female, ideally 23–27
• Very clean, tidy & respectful of shared spaces
• Sociable but also has their own life going on 😊
