About the flat
This is a modern and spacious flat that’s a 5-minute walk from Stockwell station (Northern & Victoria line) in a quiet residential area away from main road. I really like how convenient this location is and how quickly it is to get around.
The balcony is particularly nice to have a cup of coffee/tea in the morning or catching the sunset after work. I also sometimes just veg out on the recliner sofa and sunbath in the afternoon.
There are plenty of amenities in the areas within a minute’s walk: Sainsbury's, Lidl, and steps away from the Jett’s fitness.
The Room:
The room is mostly south facing, which means you’ll get plenty of sunlight. I really appreciated it in the winter (which is thankfully over). The blinds do a great job of blocking out the sunlight if that’s your preference instead. There’s plenty of storage in the room as well as in the living room. There is also a lockable storage room at the ground level, which you can use to store a bike or two or as more storage.
All furniture: bed, wardrobe, night stands, cabinets, work desk and chair are to remain.
About your flatmates:
You’ll be sharing the flat with two British professionals Owen and Jack, one working in law and the other in tech. Both friendly, easy going, and clean. They are both a big fans of pubs and sports and have turned me on to watching more football, rugby, and cricket. Of course, a trip to the pub is always in the books when the weekend rolls around. During the week they both work, sometimes from home. When they are working from home, they keep to their rooms and are very quiet and respectful. They rarely cook, so most of the time, you’ll have the kitchen all to yourself.

Bills are ~£150/month all in, including 1000Mbps broadband.
