Looking for Flatmate (SW London)

Hey, I'm a professional artist (27) working in games and looking for a new flatmate to share this 2 bedroom place with.

As a queer person I hope to ideally share with someone LGBTQ+. I want this home to be a comfortable and safe space that you can feel agency over, in which we both have our own space to retreat but also a shared space where we can have the occasional chat or hangout. I hope to become friends & live in community with each other, not just to live with someone to split rents with.

Small friend gatherings are fine, please no parties. Tidiness is expected in shared living spaces – don't worry, no unrealistic standards here. I've been in shared living for 8 years now and am always communicative with my flatmate(s) – I hope you will feel comfortable to do the same.

I wfh most days, but am also often working from libraries and cafes/be out at museums. I'm Austrian and love to write & draw.

- £1350 (bills & tax included, bills may vary slightly)
- Semi-furnished (double bed/mattress + built-in wardrobe provided, you may wish to organise a desk set-up, living room etc. is furnished)
- NOT en-suite, but bathroom and toilet are separate
- Nice shared living space (flat was renovated a few years ago)
- Brand-new washing machine, fast broadband
- Located near Stockwell Station (Northern + Victoria Line; reaches almost any place in central London 20-40min max), short walk from Brixton and Vauxhall
- Larkhall park, library & gyms nearby

Additional features include:
- Patio w/ planter boxes (real sunlight & plants!)
- Bonus flatmate: A cat (he does not pay rent...)
- Beware there are STAIRS leading to & inside the flat!!!
- You can pick which bedroom you prefer (one has wall-mounted shelving)
- Windows on three sides of the flat (decent light)
