Double Room | Stockwell/Brixton | Modern Flat

I am looking for a new flatmate to move in at the middle of June (roughly 13th).

The flat itself is based between Stockwell & Brixton station, and only a short walk (15 mins) from Clapham North too. It's a main door, two-story flat, with large ceiling to floor windows giving plenty of natural light to the space. On the bottom floor you have a large kitchen/living area with a separate WC, and upstairs you have two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.

The room itself has a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk (for WFH) as well as a sky light and a window to the rear wall.

The kitchen comes with all your usual amenities (oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, air fryer, toaster and kettle) and the living room has two large sofas based around a 65-inch TV.

There is a small outside space that has been astroturfed and does get sunlight during the day.

In the local area you'll find a park just a few minutes walk away, plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes to visit in Brixton & Clapham and other important places like large supermarkets and gyms.

I'm a pretty easy-going flatmate and i'm just looking for someone who's friendly, respectful, outgoing and tidy.

Our lease currently ends in December, but there is an option to extend it if we wish.
