Hi, there's a room available at stockwell station, 7min. Zone 2. Victoria and Northern line, 15 to 20 mins away from central london. Close to lidl 5min, tesco 3min, and other local stores. There's a gym group just round the corner. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The price includes the bills. (Council tax, water, wifi and electricity)

You will be sharing with a couple a 31 years old, female, working full time, and a 30 year old man, working full time too. We are quiet and friendly and don't spend that much time at home except for the weekends.
