Double room for rent

I have a small, cosy flat on an estate, close to transport, that can connect you to anywhere in London and the surrounding areas. Buses are right outside my flat, and the tube station is a five-minute walk, on the Victoria Line or the Northern Line. I've had no problems in the past with lodgers; the longest stayed almost 5 years, so I know that, for the right person, it can be a very good accommodation. Realistically, I'm looking for a single person, and rent can be negotiated
