The flat is extremely well connected, with both Nine Elms and Stockwell tube stations around a 10-minute walk away. There’s also an overground station nearby and plenty of bus routes within easy reach.
Rent is £765 per month, with bills usually coming to around £65.
You’d be living in an all-girls flat with 4 other girls aged between 25–28. It’s a friendly, sociable and welcoming home with a really nice balance of bubbly energy and a low-pressure atmosphere. The girls often spend time together, whether that’s going to Battersea Power Station, watching shows in the living room, or just catching up after work.
I’ve genuinely loved living here and am only moving out because I’ve decided to relocate further north.
The flat includes:
* Kitchen and shared living room area
* Small balcony
* 1 full bathroom
* A second separate toilet
The room includes:
* Comfy double bed
* 2 bedside tables
* White storage ensemble (optional but happy to leave for free)
* Small IKEA vanity desk (optional but happy to leave for free)
The deposit is £400, plus a £50 admin fee.
The room is available from 1 June, and ideally we’d love someone to move in by or before 9 June.
