The flat has a separate kitchen and a big living room. The flat also has two bathrooms so you will be sharing a bathroom with one other. There's also a large communal garden and off street parking is available with a permit.

It has great transport links with Stockwell station (Victoria and Northern Lines) a 5 minute walk and Clapham is easily accessible in a 10/15 minute walk. Brixton is a 15 minute walk. Stockwell has some shops including a Lidl but the amenities of Clapham and Brixton aren't far!

The room is £1142 per month + bills on top.

About the Flatmates

I’m moving out due to moving abroad but have loved living in the flat over the last 3 years - it’s so spacious and a great location for getting to Clapham, Brixton and Battersea!

The current flatmates (Kia and Carmel) are so lovely and we like to do things together when time allows!

Kia is 27, works in e commerce and tends to work from home four days per week. She enjoys hot yoga/pilates, travelling, live music and signing up for random classes/activities.

Carmel is 29, a kiwi and a management consultant. She enjoys pilates and spin classes, going to gigs and spending time with family and friends.
