Cozy flat in quiet area of Stockwell

Howdy all! We've got a cozy double room available in Stockwell available in the middle of June!

Super close to both the victoria/northern line (7 minutes) as well as buses that can get you to central london or clapham junction within 25 minutes.

There's also plenty of great cafes and portugese restaurants around, close to Larkhall park, Vauxhall pleasure gardens, and a 20-25 minute walk to clapham common or battersea park.

The flat has two bathrooms so you'll be sharing with one other person and the kitchen has large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer combo, with plenty of storage around the flat.

You'll be sharing with 3 male professionals all in their mid to late 20's. We like to keep it a clean and respectful household and tend to do our own things as we're all quite busy with a chat in the kitchen/living room when we're around. We all like to keep fit and are keen on running, swimming, or playing tennis.

What's included/nitty gritty:
Furnished with double bed (recent new mattress), small desk, and set of drawers (all as pictured).
Rent is inclusive of council tax and water (£730 p/month)
Other bills are electricity/gas (£29 p/month) and internet (£8 p/month)
You're able to replace yourself at any time on a rolling assured tenancy lease
Room Deposit is £665.00 and is held by the DPS.
The contract will be an Assured Periodical Tenancy (in line with the Renters Rights Bill).
New tenant will need to provide a UK guarantor as well as reference checks.
