The Room & Flat
We have a double room available starting at the beginning of August. Our flat is spread over two floors, providing plenty of room to breathe.

Living Space: Large, separate living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms shared between three, so no morning rush.

Storage: Secure bike storage facility available.

Parking: On-street permit parking is available if you have a car.

The Housemates
You’ll be sharing with Will (30, Business Analyst) and James (35, Financial Planning).

We are a friendly, laid-back household. We enjoy keeping the place clean, tidy, and welcoming. We often socialise together—whether that's a BBQ on the terrace or just catching up—but we are equally respectful of each other's space and downtime. We’re looking for a housemate who shares a similar "clean and considerate" vibe.

The Location & Transport
The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet, backing directly onto Myatt’s Fields Park. We have excellent transport links:

10-minute walk to Loughborough Junction (Thameslink).

15-minute walk to Oval and Stockwell tube stations.

The Practicalities
Bills: Approx. £160–£170 per month.

Landlord: We have a great, friendly, and responsive landlord.

Move-in: Available from early August.
