Hello! Our lovely flatmate is moving out soon, so we’re looking for someone to join our equally lovely house from 31st of July.
The house is a 4-bedroom home with a beautiful garden, located in SW9 0UU. We’re about a 10-minute walk from Stockwell station, with access to both the Victoria and Northern lines, and also 10 minutes from Lidl (perfect if, like us, you enjoy sticking to a budget). Brixton is around a 15-minute walk away, offering great food, music, nightlife and plenty of life.
There are currently three of us living in the house, I'd love to put a quick bio of all of us but this post would be massive, so I'll send them over once we connect.
Now for the practical bits:
- Rent: £850 per month (excluding bills)
- Bills: usually around £120 per month, covering water, gas, electricity, council tax, cleaner once a week and Wi-Fi
- Deposit: £850
- Long-term rental
- All contracts and payments are handled through OpenRent, so everything is secure and straightforward
A special mention for our landlord, Ele, who is genuinely amazing, very caring, responsive and a big reason why the house truly feels like home.
We’re looking for someone who’s sociable, relatively clean, respectful of shared spaces, and who values both their own and others’ personal space. Ideally, you’re also open to the occasional shared meal, chat, or spontaneous adventure!! Our goal is to create a home that feels warm, kind, and filled with laughter.
