Double bedroom in spacious flat

Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in a spacious two-bed flat. It's nice and bright with great storage. The room comes furnished with a double bed and matress, a chest of drawers, another bed-side style cabinet with three large drawers, and a big wardrobe.

We have a living room with two double sofas, and a dining table with 4 chairs - perfect for dinner parties, or just working from home. The flat has plenty of natural light with beautiful Victorian style windows which can be opened fully in the summer meaning the flat never gets too hot.

There's a shared bathroom with a bath/shower which has great water pressure. All the standards - washer/dryer, oven with newly fitted hob, fridge & freezer. There's another cupboard in the hallway for storage.

You'd be sharing with my friend Julia, who I have lived with for the past 10 years. She's a 28 year old young professional, respectful of space/your privacy but always up for a trip to the pub or the theatre if you fancy. She also makes a great brownie, and other sweet treats which is an added bonus.

Great transport links - 5/10 min walk to both Oval and Stockwell, and a 10 min bus ride to Brixton.

Move in date from 06/09/26 but earlier if you'd like!
