I’m looking for someone friendly and relaxed to share the flat with from the 1st September

The room I’m advertising is a double, with plenty of storage and space for a desk. It has a big window, with a lovely view over gardens and is sunny and bright. It’s reasonably sized.

The flat is spread over two floors and is spacious and sunny. We have a washing machine, dishwasher, shower, and plenty of storage space. The living/dining room is large and we have a sofa, dining table and chairs, and a feature fireplace. There’s a bit of extra room if you have some furniture that you need to bring with you. It’s great for having friends over.

Our flat is also well located on a quiet street with on street parking permits available and free parking in evenings and at the weekend. It’s about a 7 minute walk to Clapham North, Brixton and Stockwell tube stations, with great access to central London on the Victoria and Northern lines. Clapham and Brixton are both nearby which means there are plenty of supermarkets, pubs and coffee shops within walking distance. We have lovely downstairs neighbours, and the landlord is always available to sort any issues.

The rent is exclusive of bills, and the property is council tax band D.

Bills come to ~£150 a month
