Lovely room in a calm dog-friendly house

Hi, I’m looking for a flatmate to share a house I’ve found just 5 minutes from Stockwell station.

The home would be shared with me and Zion, my 7-year-old golden retriever, so it’s important that you’re comfortable living with a dog. Zion is honestly the sweetest boy — very chilled, loves people, and doesn’t bark. You don’t need to look after him, but if you like dogs, that’s definitely a bonus.

I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, easy-going and mature. This is not a party house but I’m definitely not antisocial. I’d love the house to feel calm, cosy and friendly, somewhere we can both relax and feel at home.

A bit about me: I’m 27, Brazilian, studying accounting and finance, and I also work part-time as a receptionist. I’m usually out for work, campus, the gym, church or seeing friends, so I’m not home all the time. When I am home, I like relaxing on the sofa, watching something nice, having a glass of wine every now and then, and enjoying a peaceful home environment.

At this stage of my life, I’m focused on building my future, healing, growing, and looking after my mind, body and spirit. I’d love to live with someone who is also focused on building a good life — no drama, no mess, just good energy and mutual respect.

Cleanliness is important to me, especially in shared areas. Ideally, I’d like us to have a cleaner once a week for the common spaces, so the house stays fresh and easy to manage for both of us.

I’m fine with occasional friends or partners coming over, as I’d want the same freedom myself, but I’d like to live with someone considerate who understands that home should feel calm and safe.

I’ve had lovely friendships with flatmates in the past, so I’d be happy to live with someone friendly and open to a chat, a film, or a glass of wine sometimes, while also respecting each other’s space.
