Double Room in Stockwell

I'm on the lookout for a new housemate as my current flatmate is getting his own place. I’m now looking for someone who is looking for a friendly flat share to take over the remainder of the tenancy.

The flat is lovely, modern 2-bed flat right between Clapham North and Stockwell tube stations. There is a spacious open-plan living area with plenty of natural light, and a large kitchen area with lots of storage space.

The bedroom is a double room, with a large wardrobe and some furniture included (desk, chair, bedside table etc). Additionally, there is a generously sized shared bathroom and a storage room for boxes, suitcases or anything else you need to tuck away.

The flat is ideally located between Clapham North and Stockwell tube stations (with, in my opinion, the best underground lines easily accessible - Victoria and Northern line). Within a couple of minutes' walk is a 24/7 gym, Sainsbury's and a local park. Plus, Clapham is just a 10-minute walk away, with lots of bars, restaurants and green space of Clapham Common.

Rent is £1,200 pcm, deposit is £1,440 and bills are about £150 for water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and council (currently working on confirming these as I will take over the accounts).
