I’m on the lookout for two fab flatmates to join me in my gorgeous modern three-bedroom flat. Sadly, my current flatmates are moving out. If you're a young professional in your twenties who’s looking for a friendly and cozy home, this might be the perfect fit for you!

About me:
I’m Ines (24), I work at a music agency (full-time in the office) and i’m big into music, festivals, TV shows, travelling, and enjoying a cold cider in the summer. I often head to reformer pilates together with my flatmates when our schedules allow :)

I’m tidy and respectful, but also want our flat to feel like a real home - not just a place to sleep. I’d love to find someone with a similar vibe: friendly, considerate, and up for the occasional catch-up in the kitchen or drink at the pub, while also doing their own thing.

Location: Super handy! Just a 2-minute walk from Lidl (for all those quick snack runs!), under 5 minutes to the tube, and there are loads of bus stops, including two right outside the flat.

The Rooms: Two lovely double bedroom - Bedroom 2 & 3. They’re both bright with floor-to-ceiling windows and both come with a comfy double bed.

Living Space: We’ve got a spacious open-plan kitchen and a big living room with a dining table. Plus, there’s a massive balcony that’s just dreamy in the summer - ideal for sipping wine with the doors wide open!

Bathroom: Both these rooms share a bathroom.

Bills: Not included - vary between 25 - 40 for bills & electricity, water bills are paid every 3 months
Council Tax Band: E
Security Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent
