I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s room in our lovely 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat, ideally someone who is able to move quickly (October 15th).

📍 Location

The flat is perfectly located between Stockwell and Brixton, around a 13 minute walk from Stockwell Station (Victoria and Northern Line) and a 18 minute walk from Brixton Station (Victoria line), with bus routes that can get to London bridge (22 minutes door to door). It’s in a modern new build with secure entry, so the building and surrounding area feel really safe and comfortable.

I’ve lived here for 9 months and absolutely love the location. There’s loads to do nearby, with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, and it’s really easy to get around and commute from.

The flat is spacious, modern and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony.

The room available is the larger bedroom with its own private ensuite shower.

💷 Rent: £1,375 per month
💡 +Bills: Usually around £150 to £200 per month, depending on usage

The flat is genuinely gorgeous and we have great landlords too.

📋 Tenancy

I’m looking for someone to take over my current flatmate’s part of the tenancy, or sign a new tenancy agreement with me. We had originally planned to both move, but I’ve decided I’d like to stay, so I’m now looking for someone to move into her room.
