Big Double Room In Refurbished Stockwell Park

About the flat; A large and very unique three bed first floor flat with south facing aspect and large sash windows that enjoys lots of sun and always feels bright and airy. It's an old Victorian conversion in the conservation area and is really very close to the tube. It has undergone extensive refurbishment to bring it into pretty immaculate condition.

The room itself is generous and has a double bed with quality mattress in it. Pic doesn't really capture how big it is. A very nicely kitted out kitchen has a range gas stove, dishwasher, lots of kitchen gadgets. The oven is currently broken but I will get around to having it fixed!

It is currently just myself and the dog. It's too big a flat for just one person, seems a shame not to share it. I have a study and music room at the other end of the house, so you will have your privacy. I would like someone who will compliment the place and help with the dog ideally. I travel a fair bit, and am often out during the day, ocasionally working from home.

What the price includes; All bills and broadband. We have a cleaner who comes every week and that would be paid for separately.
