An exceptionally large and bright double room with stunning views over Slade Gardens, in a spacious two-bedroom flat in the heart of the Stockwell Park conservation area.

The flat is currently empty, so initially you would have the whole flat to yourself. I am looking for a second professional tenant will subsequently move into the other bedroom, creating a relaxed two-person flatshare. I will consider a couple moving in who would effectively take both bedrooms.

The location is excellent, with Stockwell tube and numerous local bus routes providing easy access to the City, West End and Sloane Square. There are plenty of local shops nearby, as well as the wonderful Crown & Anchor gastro pub.

I am a lawyer who lives nearby in Bermondsey. I paint in my spare time. I previously worked in the City and have lived in the area previously so can provide lots of advice if needed.
