Each room has a king-size double bed, fitted wardrobe, shelving and additional storage.

THE FLATSHARE

The flat is currently empty, so initially you would have the whole flat to yourself. I am looking for two professional short-term lodgers, with the intention that a second tenant will subsequently move into the other bedroom, again, on a short term basis.

The location is excellent. Stockwell Tube is a 5-10 minute walk away, with numerous local bus routes providing easy access to the City, West End and Sloane Square. There are plenty of local shops nearby, as well as the excellent Crown & Anchor gastro pub.

I am a lawyer and live nearby in Bermondsey. I paint in my spare time and previously worked in the City. I have also lived in the area before, so I am very familiar with Stockwell and the surrounding neighbourhood and can provide plenty of local recommendations if useful.
