The flat is the top two floors of a converted Georgian house 5 minutes from Stockwell tube. It has been recently renovated - so is in good shape and has a homely feel to it. Being over two floors adds to the sense of space. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, piano and WIFI.

The room is on the top floor, at the front of this bright and spacious building. The room has a king size double bed, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe and shelves and a cupboard. There are stunning views over Slade Gardens and down Stockwell Park Crescent.

The excellent connections from Stockwell tube and local buses mean you can be in the City or West End/ Sloane Square within 20 minutes/ half an hour. Numerous local shops and recently opened gastro pub - the Crown & Anchor - nearby.

Price includes utility bills - gas, electricity, water, broadband, TV licence as well as Council Tax.

I (the Landlord) am a painter and teacher (used to work in the City) and I live in West Sussex, so you would be sharing with Fabienne.
