It’s located in quite Cul-de-sac in the Oval/Stockwell area (off Brixton road). You will have access to the communal areas of the house and all bills are included in the rent i. e. council tax, home & cooking essential i. e. salt, pepper, oil, toilet roll, washing up liquid, etc. Plus, a fortnightly cleaner. The room also includes a sofa bed which extends easily, if you have friends or family come over to stay.

About Me:
My friends would describe me as an easy going, fun-loving and friendly person. I love yoga & boxing, I’m a socialable person but also like my own space too and chilled out evenings on the sofa during the week. I work in Central London for a Magazine Publisher (So if you love magazines, they'll be loads hanging around... You can always help yourself!). BTW, you'll be sharing the house with myself and my 3 year old son, who is pretty friendly and loves meeting new people, much like myself (we’re pretty use to house guests/mates, as I’ve been an Airbnb host for more than 3 years).

What I'm looking for in a flat mate?
I'm looking for a flatmate who is chilled out (ideally female), doesn't completely hate children! Lol... As you'll also be sharing some of the communal space with me (including him)! Though just to add, my son won't always be there. I'm definitely up for sharing a bottle of wine over a movie or a chat, even dinner. Lastly, I’d love someone who is flexible as the contract won't be fixed and subject to extension assuming we get along like a house on fire. I'm open to mature students, recent graduates or professionals. Even Mon - Friday let (we can discuss a reduced rate)

Re: Pets
I would only consider dogs, as I plan to get on one day (end of the year/next year). Sorry, cat lovers I have an allergy! :)
