You would be sharing with me; a 29 year old primary school teacher. I've lived here for three years and love this flat. My current flatmate and is sadly moving back to NZ so her room is available. In terms of an ideal flatmate, I'm looking for someone who is considerate and wants a home rather than a crashpad. I have a busy work schedule and try to get out as much as I can, but equally I appreciate a peaceful home and would be thrilled to have a flatmate who would enjoy a glass of wine with me!
