Charming double room in Stockwell

The house has a lot of charm, with wooden floors and high ceilings. I'm an interior designer and potter, I have a shed in the garden where i work.
We like the house to feel calm and peaceful, so no loud music.
This room is at the back of the house so very quiet. It has a vintage brass bed, fitted wardrobe and an antique chest of draws with a few oil paintings which you can remove if you don't like them
It has a shared kitchen with one other tennant, this includes a fridge/freezer, washer dryer and a microwave. There is a bath/shower room which is a very charming room with a great view of the garden, this is mainly yours.
The rent includes a cleaner once a week for the shared areas.
We are very near Brixton, Clapham and Vauxhall. Brixton is great for places to eat and drink as well as the food markets. We have two jack Russels who are adorable
