Young professional needed.

The flat is about 6-10 min walk to Stockwell Tube Station

We have a small double room available and you share toilet and shower with another girl .
The room is furnished and available now with all bills included : electricity , gas , water , broadband and council tax and a TV licence for the TV in the living room for £680
The flat is well kept , clean and tidy . We have a good size kitchen with eating area and 2 fridge/freezers , washing machine hob and oven etc and a small separate living room .

The present tenants comes from all over Europe , they make the place feel cozy and warm like a home .
We would like a clean and tidy young professional of 24yo and above to join them with willingness to share rota for communal chores .
